Wayne Troxler
Wayne Founded Guilford Realty Group in 1994. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of Commercial Real Estate and has worked with VF Corporation and other large companies on acquisition and selling of their commercial properties.
When not at the office, Wayne is Papaw to five grandkids, a produce farmer, die hard wolf pack fan, active church member, and is still working on perfecting his golf swing.
He is trustworthy, reliable, and has a lifetime of knowledge from working in the commercial real estate industry his whole career.
Rebecca Troxler Carter
Becca joined Guilford Realty in 2022 after taking photos for her dad’s properties for years, and deciding it was finally time to learn how to sell them.
She is mom to three little boys, a portrait photographer, Tarheel, and a ‘wanna be interior designer. Becca has a knack for marketing and a background in corporate sales, which makes her a perfect addition with her father’s long standing knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
She also loves residential real estate and has been gleaning all the knowledge she can from her dad.
